What your rights are when you buy something, and how to use them.
If you do not like the course, even if you have already started it, we give you your money back. No questions asked.
Our 90 day guarantee
You can ask for a full refund of your purchase within 90 days of buying it. It makes no difference whether you have started the course, how far you got, or why you want your money back. You do not have to explain anything.
How to ask
Email info@coachkontra.com within 90 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with or with your order number. We refund the full amount within 14 days, in the same way you paid. When you are refunded, your access to the course and to the coach ends.
The guarantee applies to everyone, wherever you live. It comes on top of the legal rights described below, which stay as they are.
Your cooling-off period
Coach Kontra is a trade name of Zindelijkheidsbox B.V., a company in the Netherlands, so Dutch law applies, which follows the European rules for buying at a distance. If you are a consumer in the European Union and you buy a digital service, you have 14 days to change your mind. In that time you can withdraw your purchase without giving a reason.
You keep that right
We do not ask you to give up your right of withdrawal at checkout. You keep your legal 14 days and our 90 day guarantee, and you can use whichever suits you. The guarantee is wider: it also covers a course you have already started.
How to withdraw
Email info@coachkontra.com and make clear that you are withdrawing your purchase. You may also use the model form below, but you do not have to. Do it within the cooling-off period.
Refund
If you withdraw in time, you get your money back within 14 days, in the same way you paid. When you are refunded, your access to the course and to the coach ends.
