1. Who we are and when this applies

Coach Kontra is a trade name of Zindelijkheidsbox B.V., Almystraat 14, 5061 PA Oisterwijk, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 78315867, VAT number NL861343748B01). The content is by Dustin van de Sande. Contact: info@coachkontra.com. These terms apply to the free wheel of life and, once sales open, to purchases through coachkontra.com. Sales have not opened yet.

2. The service

Online coaching courses: training, not therapy and not financial advice. You get a free wheel of life and a learning path of four courses plus a bundle. The prices are $59, $99, $99 and $99, and $229 for the bundle, paid once. The videos show a digital version of Dustin. The lessons contain interactive exercises you fill in and an AI coach that gives critical feedback. Your answers and progress are saved in your account.

3. Account and logging in without a password

You log in without a password, with a link we email you. That link is personal: do not share it. The link works for 30 days. After that you request a new one on the login page.

4. Right of use

You get a personal right to use the courses. This right cannot be transferred. You may not copy, share or resell the content.

5. Prices and payment

You pay the price shown with your order. You pay once per course or for the bundle. Payment is handled by Mollie.

6. Delivery and access

After payment you get digital access straight away. That access lasts as long as the course exists. The AI coach and the feedback are included for 12 months with a course, with a daily limit of five feedback rounds per exercise per day. After that you can optionally extend them.

7. The digital version of Dustin

In the videos you see and hear a digital version of Dustin’s image and voice. The content comes from Dustin himself.

8. No therapy, no financial advice

Coach Kontra is training. It does not replace treatment by a professional and it is not financial advice. Do you need urgent help? In the Netherlands you can call 113 Zelfmoordpreventie, 0800 0113, day and night. In the United States that is the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

9. Your responsibility

What you do with the courses is up to you. You are responsible for the choices you make. Do not enter information you do not want to share and use the service only for yourself. We do not promise any results.

10. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available. Maintenance may make the service temporarily unavailable.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage. What the law does not allow us to exclude, such as damage caused by intent or gross negligence, we do not exclude.

12. Intellectual property

The videos, texts, exercises and design of Coach Kontra belong to us or our licensors. You may use them as set out in section 4.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The terms that apply when you place your order keep applying to that order.

14. Complaints

Not happy with something? Email info@coachkontra.com. We reply as soon as we can.

15. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer rights of that country still apply.

16. Withdrawal and privacy

On top of your legal rights we give a 90 day money back guarantee: within 90 days of your purchase you can ask for a full refund, whether or not you have started the course, without giving a reason. Read the page Withdrawal and refunds and our Privacy policy.
