Welcome to Coach Kontra. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coach Kontra mobile app (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Coach Kontra provides AI-driven coaching conversations designed to help you gain personal insights through honest reflection and challenging questions.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or its content.

- Chat data is processed via OpenAI’s API to generate responses.
- All session data is stored locally on your device only.
- We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
3. Subscriptions
The App offers a free version and a paid subscription:
- Free: 1 session/month, 5 questions
- Pro: Unlimited access for €4.99/month
Subscriptions are handled through Apple’s App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:
